We have loading facilities for city van-style trucks but are unable to accommodate full-length semi-trucks. We can unload your palletized products using our forklift or a pallet jack and lift gate.

We can handle products weighing up to 2,000 lbs with our largest rigs. If your item exceeds this limit, we’ll use a larger turntable to accommodate it.

Our standard deliverables include:

  • HTML5 Player for each 360 view
  • Sequential images at 3000px x 3000px
  • MP4 video spin, approximately 1 minute long

Yes, we can photograph your product from any angle, from the equator to the north pole, ensuring a full 360-degree view.

Yes, you’ll get sequential images at 3000px x 3000px, providing you with perfectly matching front, three-quarter, and back shots.

Certainly! We can outline or provide transparent images for your 360 views, though this will increase the project’s cost.

We generally request that customers include a return shipping label. However, if you prefer, we can donate or dispose of the products, reducing your return shipping costs.

Files are delivered via FTP or a secure weblink. They will remain on our servers for up to 3 months. After that, retrieval from the archive may incur additional costs.

We aim for customer satisfaction on every project. We’ll work with you during the shoot to get the results you want. If adjustments are needed, we’ll make them, but we appreciate clear feedback to minimize reshoot rounds.
