1. Start your order
To start your 360 process, visit our contact form or give us a call at the studio. We will go over your project and help you through all of the options for your project. Your files will meet the requirements of the platform you request, such as Amazon, Grainger, Home Depot, Lowes, and Walmart. At this point, you will know the costs for your 360 shoot.
2. Send us your products
Get your products ready for their big day. Make sure you choose items that have no blemishes and are rockstars ready for their close up. Once you have them, get them ready to ship to our study. Make sure that you package your products so that they do not get damaged in shipping. Also, add a return shipping label in the box for the return trip back to you. If you do not want the products returned, let us know and we will donate them on this end. All of these items help reduce costs and speed up photography in the 360 process.
3. We will take your products for a spin
Once your products arrive, we will let you know that they are here. At this point, we will get you on the schedule, and we will also go over any questions that we might have about the product now that we can actually hold it in our hands. This process usually takes about 5 days from receiving the products to the time that we photograph it!
4. Review and add the shots to your site.
Now that the photography is complete, and post production is complete, you can review the photography. Once we are all complete, we will deliver the digital files from the photoshoot for you to add on your site. We will also invoice you for the shoot at this point. Once the invoice is paid in full, we will ship all of the products back to you.
