360 Product Photography Pricing
Single-row 360 product photography starts at $240 per product before quantity pricing. The final quote reflects the product, frame count, preparation, finish, retouching, handling and delivery requirements—not an arbitrary package name.
Start a ProjectWhat the starting price includes
The starting point covers a professionally photographed single-row rotation for a straightforward, prepared product. PhotoSpherix establishes the viewing angle, lights the product for a consistent full rotation, captures the agreed frame count, processes the sequence, performs standard alignment and finishing, completes internal quality control and prepares the approved imagery for interactive use. Before production begins, we confirm what is included, how the product should be presented and what files must be delivered. That makes the estimate a production plan—not a low entry price followed by surprises.
The product determines the work
Two products that fit in the same shipping box may require very different photography. Chrome reflects the entire studio. Clear materials depend on controlled edges and contrast. Flexible goods need styling, while products with moving components may need a defined position at every frame. Assembly, cleaning, labeling, protective-film removal and packaging condition can also affect the time at the capture station. Representative photographs and dimensions let us identify these variables early and recommend the most efficient treatment.
Frame count and capture type
A standard single-row 360 is the right starting point for most products. A 24-frame sequence can be efficient for simple geometry, while 48 or 72 frames create smoother motion and more reusable viewing angles. Multi-row photography adds several elevations so customers can inspect top surfaces, openings and controls. Full 360×360 production adds substantially more source photography and finishing. We recommend the least complicated capture that clearly shows what the customer needs to see.
Why quantity lowers the unit cost
Catalog production becomes more efficient when related products share an approved visual standard. We can establish camera position, lighting, scale, naming, file handling and export rules with representative samples, then apply that system across the product list. Product identification and background processing keep photography moving while earlier items are being finished and reviewed. Quantity pricing reflects those efficiencies, but the real product mix still matters: one hundred similar SKUs are different from one hundred unrelated products requiring individual setups.
Preparation, styling and retouching
The cleanest estimate starts with an honest description of product condition and presentation. Products may need assembly, surface cleaning, cable arrangement, garment styling, support removal, compositing or advanced retouching. These services can be included when they are necessary, but they should be planned rather than assumed. PhotoSpherix will also identify work that the customer can complete more efficiently before shipping, such as sending assembled samples, selecting the correct configuration or supplying a clear product-position guide.
Large products and on-site production
Furniture, appliances, machinery, vehicle-sized subjects and other large products are quoted around the actual handling plan. Dimensions, weight, freight access, assembly, surface finish, staffing and repacking all influence production. The Indianapolis studio provides semi access, forklift handling, staging space and large-product capture capability. When a product should not travel, PhotoSpherix can build and operate the capture workflow at the customer facility. Travel, facility access and production duration are defined in the estimate.
Exports, retailer requirements and delivery
The finished photography may need to serve an interactive viewer, individual still angles, a retailer image sequence, a rotating MP4, a DAM or PIM and future channels. File dimensions, naming, compression, sequence direction, start frame, folder structure and ZIP packaging can be prepared to written specifications. Tell us where the imagery must go, and we will separate useful master files from channel-specific exports. Expert export planning prevents a good capture from becoming a difficult pile of inconsistently named files.
What to send for an accurate estimate
Start with a product list and include the number of products, approximate dimensions and weights, representative snapshots, product families, required capture type and desired frame count if known. Add sales channels, retailer specifications, delivery deadlines and any special handling, styling or retouching expectations. If those decisions have not been made, that is fine: send what you know. PhotoSpherix will identify the unanswered questions, recommend a practical test product and build an estimate that can scale from initial approval through final delivery.
