Lowe’s 360 Product Photography Specifications

A tightly defined 2500-pixel JPEG spin with exactly 24 images per row and as many as three rows.

Build the files around the current destination.

Lowe’s current public Asset Specification Guide is unusually explicit. A qualifying 360 asset must be image-based, contain at least one row of 24 individual JPEGs at 15-degree increments and use a white background. The system can accept as many as three rows. Video or CGI does not qualify as a 360 spin asset.

PhotoSpherix production notes

From written requirement to repeatable capture.

The guide calls for a 2500 × 2500-pixel square canvas, JPEG files, sRGB or Adobe RGB color and a ZIP package no larger than 500 MB. Because the row count and increments are fixed, the capture plan should be approved before photography begins—particularly for multi-row products where elevation and row order matter.

PhotoSpherix can build the Lowe’s package while retaining higher-resolution masters and any additional frames required by other channels. The active Lowe’s vendor record and Syndigo workflow should still be checked at delivery time.
